Umpire Contact Numbers: WHEELHOUSE UMPIRES

Games called due to weather must be played again in their entirety on a date agreeable to both coaches.  If the coaches cannot agree on a date, then a date will be set by the Grade Coordinator.  The Grade Coordinator has the right (and the duty) to help set the time and date that the makeup game will be played. Play the game. Teams that do not reschedule may receive a forfeit loss (both teams could receive a forfeit).

Should it be raining, unless your association has received a notice from the city cancelling all fields, Coaches are NOT to assume that umpires know your game is cancelled.  Some fields are playable while others might not be.

The Umpire Coordinators can be reached as follows:

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice:  you MUST text Scott AND Taylor or call one of them. Scott's phone number is (651)-328-9611. Taylor’s phone number (651) 968-7179.
  • Cancellations more than 24 hour notice: email umpires at wheelhouseumpires@gmail.com
  • Rescheduling games: email at wheelhouseumpires@gmail.com
  • Reschedules are NEVER taken over the phone – email only. Please include game number, date and field, as well as age level.
  • Rules or other issues contact Jordan Voit at wheelhouseumpires@gmail.com or call at (651)-968-7178

Wheelhouse Umpires should be contacted at least 3 days in advance of a makeup game to ensure that umpires will be scheduled. All reschedules are requests and are not guaranteed coverage pending umpire availability.
