Because WAA is in need of a uniform and consistent method of maintaining and updating it's membership database, and because it is important for the directors of all WAA sports to use the same systems and procedures to maintain their sports database, and because communication to our membership is a high priority, the following policy is adopted by the board of WAA.

The policy will be in effect until changed or rescinded by the Board of WAA. The policy shall be applicable to all directors and or their representatives when dealing with the registration processes and all members of WAA must use this process.

Waa is operating under the Rec Trac Data base system and all sports within WAA shall fall under this rule requiring them to use the common database system to avoid confusion.  The Rec Trac module, Web Trac will be the standard registration procedure and all sports will utilize that system.

Each Family wishing to partisipate in WAA activities, will obtain a Household ID number from WAA and use that number to maintain their household in WAA.

To obtain a Household number, go to WAAWoodbury.ORG, choose Click here to register, then below the login box, choose the Create a new household hyperlink, then submit the information requested. The system will produce a HH# for you and return it to you within 24 hours excluding weekends and Holidays.
