Traveling Program

If you decide to decline your spot on the team you will need to contact Jill Miller at millerjg5@comcast.net or Jim Reetz at jim.reetz9564@gmail.com by Wednesday, September 8th, 2010 to receive a refund, but you are also giving up your spot on the team which will be filled by someone else.  No response to Jill or Jim by Wednesday, September 8th will be an acceptance of your spot on the team and there will be no refunds if you change your mind later.

**IMPORTANT NOTE PLEASE READ**

Tryouts will be held for 10U, 12U, and 14U on August 21, 2010. These tryouts will be used to form teams for play in the Spring/Summer of 2011. The tryouts will be held at Bielenberg Sports complex at fields 10, 11, 12 and 13 (the four fields usually used for adults). These are the only tryouts planned or scheduled so please attend if you want to play next year. If you don’t come to tryouts there is no guarantee there will be a spot for you later in the year. We are planning on making complete 12 person teams after tryouts.

On Friday August 20th starting at 5:30, there will be tryout practice held at the Bielenberg on the fields we will be using for the tryouts. The set up will be very much the same as the tryouts.
Please register online by August 18 if you plan on trying out. After tryouts teams will be formed as quickly as we can. If you are offered a spot on a team and you accept it, there will be no refunds if you change your mind later. If you decline your spot on the team you will receive a refund, but you are also giving up your spot on the team which will be filled by someone else.
