2023-2024 In-House Game Schedule

 

Feb 10 & 11 - End of Year In-House Tournament

Brackets will be posted after all game scores have been reported the final week of regular season play.

Teams could play Sat or Sun or BOTH, depending on how your team does in the bracket.


Season Information

Reporting Game Scores

  • WINNING coaches must text/email Lisa Wahl (girls) or grade coordinators (boys) the final game score. 

         Example:  G5/6 Team 1 (22) vs Team 3 (13)

Game Cancellations

  • If games are cancelled due to weather, Directors will send an email the morning of.  District 833 is in charge of cancelling events at their sites.
  • If you need to forfeit your game due to covid or not having enough players, please email/text Lisa Wahl (girls) or your grade coordinator (boys), the opposing team coach, and all directors involved as soon as you know you need to cancel your game.

Home/Away Team

  • Away Team (dark jersey) is listed 1st on the schedule
    • The away team will provide a volunteer to run the scoreboard at the scorer's table.
  • Home Team (light jersey) is listed 2nd on the schedule
    • The home team will provide a volunteer to be "official score book" at the scorer's table and verify the players against the equal playtime sheet each period.

Equal Playtime Sheet

  • Sheets MUST be left at the scorer's table prior to tip-off.
  • Click here to download a blank copy of the Equal Playtime Sheet.
  • All coaches must use the Equal Playtime Sheet each game, regardless of how many players are present.
    • 5 players: five play 8 periods each and each OT.
    • 6 players: four play 7 periods (two of these play on OT and two play both OTs) and two play 6 periods and both OTs.
    • 7 Players: five play 6 periods (four of these play 1 OT and one plays both OTs) and two play 5 periods and both OTs
    • 8 Players: eight play 5 periods each (six play one OT while 2 play 2 OTs)
    • 9 Players: five play 4 periods and both OTs and four play 5 periods and no OTs.
    • 10 Players: ten play 4 periods each and one OT
    • 11 Players: seven play 4 periods (two of these play in 1 OT) and four play 3 periods and both OTs.
