What is a Shoot Around?
A Shoot Around is a session for all players to demonstrate their basketball abilities as input to team formation. This is not a try out; rather input to creating EQUAL teams. Shoot Around takes place the last week of September.
How are In-House teams formed?
Players are rated at Shoot Around and those rankings are used to make EQUAL teams.
Players can make ONE friend request but both players must have each other's name requested in order to honor this. Multiple friend requests are not possible because of the need to make equal and fair teams.
When is the 2024-2025 Shoot Around?
Sept 16th - Sept 20th
Times will be split by grade level (60-75 min) and posted on the Shoot Around tab of this website. In order to balance teams, all players should plan to attend shoot around.
