St. Croix Acceleration

St Croix Acceleration in Hudson, WI was a sponsor at both our tournaments this year and had a booth at each one.  They tested vertical jumps of players 9 yrs old and up and are promoting their "8 week vertical and speed program" Hundreds of youth and high school basketball/volleyball players enroll in this program for performance training in the spring, summer or fall.  We average 2 - 4 inches in vertical jump improvement by going through the Acceleration program.  If you would like to schedule a FREE workout before you enroll please contact the facility directly.

Registration extended to April 2nd!

If you register and sign up for this 8-week program by April 2nd, you save $80!!  This program only costs $295 and you can schedule up to 24 training sessions with Acceleration trainers.  After April 2nd the program goes up to $375. 

 

Program specifics:

  • Ground based agility, strength training, free weights, and "JUMP" training
  • Incline Sprint training on a treadmill that reaches speeds of 29 mph and elevations of 40% grade!
  • We teach athletes how to sprint, jump, and athletic
  • Schedule 2-3 workouts a week for 8 consecutive weeks during normal business hours.
  • Buy this program now and use it anytime between April 1st and October 30th.
