SPRING FLAG  FORMAT:

• 1st - 8th Grade Co-ed Flag Football: Four grade divisions: 1st Grade, 2nd- 3rd Grade, 4th- 5th Grade, and 6th-8th Grade  (Based on player's current school grade.)
• 8 games per team on Fridays from March 7th - April 25th
  No practices, just games! 
• Game Fields: All games will be held at the M Health Fairview (formerly Healtheast) Sports Center field house.

FALL FLAG FORMAT

• 1st - 8th Grade Co-ed Flag Football: Four grade divisions: 1st Grade, 2nd- 3rd Grade, 4th- 5th Grade, and 6th-8th Grade.  (Based on players current school grade.)
• 8 games per team.
• Saturday afternoons - August 23 to October 25 (no games on Labor Day weekend)
• All games held at Lake Middle School in Woodbury
• NFL Team jersey for each player
